MORTGAGE RATE DOWN AGAIN

CNN Money..

The nation’s already favorable mortgage rates sank even lower this week.  This sets a record for both 15 and 30 year fixed rate loans.

According to Freddie Mac the 30 year fell to 3.31% from 3.34% last week. The15 year rate was 2.65% and that is now 2.63%

This is better than Black Friday or Cyber Monday.  You might consider refinancing your current loan, converting to a shorter loan, or…..
