Jack Wilson grew up in Charlotte, NC. In 1999, he entered the real estate business dealing primarily with land acquisitions and overseeing high-end residential developments for a large land development company. Jack has been married to his wife Renee for over 30 years and they have three wonderful children together; Jason, Piper, and Kaley. They moved to Seabrook Island in 2015. They absolutely love the Charleston area and Jack hopes to help others find their own little piece of Lowcountry paradise.
Sharon Welch began her career in real estate in 1983. She and 30-year business partner and husband, Ron, relocated from Atlanta to Seabrook Island in 2005. Her experience spans commercial and residential real estate, development partnerships, site acquisition, conservation zoning, new construction, and property management.
Sherry Marshall has lived in Charleston her entire life loves meeting and helping people make the transition from one home to another. Known for his conscientious work ethic and jovial personality, Bob specializes in helping clients find their second home, investment property, or primary residence.As the prior owner of Golf Publishing Enterprises, Inc, Bob is particularly knowledgeable about the Kiawah and Seabrook Island golf communities and the amenities they offer. In fact, it was after he visited the Kiawah and Charleston areas for the 1991 Ryder Cup, that he decided to move to the Charleston area in 2004. Bob now lives on Johns Island and specializes in waterfront properties and resort communities. He has worked primarily on Kiawah, Seabrook, and Johns Island since 2007, but he handles client referrals throughout the Charleston area.
Born in NC and raised in the SC upstate, Rick McDonald graduated from Furman University with a B.A. in History and English. Rick’s personal experience, as well as an interest in purchasing, renovating, and investing in residential and commercial real estate, eventually lead him to become a real estate agent. Rick and his wife, Lisa, are residents of Seabrook Island. They have three children and enjoy spending time together on Seabrook observing all the nature scenes, taking in the salt air and boating on the surrounding waterways. He also enjoys introducing new comers to the Lowcountry, touring them around Charleston’s historical sites, and sharing with them Charleston’s live music scene.
