Seabrook Island is a private, semi-tropical 2200-acre barrier island nestled along the Atlantic coast and Edisto River, just 19 miles south of historic Charleston, South Carolina. Seabrook is a nature lover’s delight, beautifully forested with palm trees, ancient live oaks, pines and magnolias, and home to white-tail deer and other native wildlife. Traffic is controlled through a gated entrance and architecture is overseen by the Community Association’s Architectural Review Committee.
